SAFETY FIRST is Summit Drilling's slogan for a reason. Summit Drilling is committed to every man going home at the end of the day in the same condition he came in. As a New Jersey Licensed Well Driller, I know first hand the issues and concerns our men must face all day, every day. Our field personnel are trained to the highest levels to ensure they can operate safely under very difficult circumstances. As the Health & Safety Manager for Summit Drilling, I strive on a daily basis to provide the men with all the information and training available to ensure they are well prepared to operate and maintain many specialized pieces of equipment and tooling. I present them with monthly safety meetings, maintain a safety bulletin board, perform safety spot checks within our facility and in the field, safety bulletin paycheck stuffers and provide much of the listed training. Summit Drilling commitment to safety is exemplified by providing the proper equipment, tools, and training to perform the most professional services available.
